Not So Small Mall Vendor Information

We are very excited about the 2016 Not So Small Mall! We have another wonderful turnout this year!  

If you have not shared the event with your friends, family, clients, etc., we ask that you please do so because they will not want to miss this event. There is also an event page on facebook and the flyer can be shared with your friends that way as well.  

If you have a neighborhood listserv, please send the Not So Small Information out to them as well. We have placed an event on “Nextdoor”.

Important Vendor Information:

Please remember that Mangum Elementary PTO nor Mangum Elementary  accept any responsibility for any items brought to the school or left at the school.   The school will be locked and alarmed on Friday evening.

Friday, November 4th  from 4:00-8:00 pm (promptly). The bulk of your set up should be done on Friday.  Vendors will  not allowed to park in the Mangum Elementary school parking lot on Saturday, November 5th.

On Friday, you will be able to park in any space on the Mangum Elementary property. We have asked for people to bring wagons, and we are seeking volunteers to help transport your items to your “booth”.    

You may park no further than the bus circle. It gets too congested in the back for people to park and unload there. We have one vendor who will need access to a handicap spot, you may pull to the back lot.

Please come to the front door main entrance to check in, get your booth location and you may drop your raffle item off with us at that time.

You may unload your items, and once taken to your booth, you need to move your car to a parking spot; or you can just park in a spot. That way, we can have a continuous flow.  There will be people to direct you.

Our doors will close promptly at  8 pm on Friday evening.

All merchandise/inventory and other items for your booth should be on site and in your assigned booth on Friday. There will be time to set up your booth on Saturday morning, but we will not be able accommodate any unloading of items on the day of the event.

RAFFLE ITEMS

Please come to the front door main entrance to check in, get your booth location and you may drop your raffle item off with us at that time.  Please have this prepared in advance. It will really help!!

Please remember your raffle item is to be valued between $20-$30.  You had an opt out on the original registration form.

SATURDAY:

Doors will open at 7:30 am and there will be drivers to transport you to Mangum from the Ruritan Building.  

PARKING: Since all of your items, will be brought in on Friday, you are asked to park at the Bahama Ruritan Parking Lot, and you will be shuttled to Mangum.  

VENDORS (unless otherwise noted) will not be allowed to park in the Mangum Parking Lot on Saturday, November 5th.

We have a lot of “traffic” and this will allow for the spaces at Mangum & Mt. Bethel to be utilized for customers only.  You will be asked to put a window sign in your car.

CONCESSIONS:

The PTO will have a concession stand with water and soft drinks, coffee, a variety of  biscuits, pizza, nachos.  Bull City Boys BBQ will also be on campus selling their famous BBQ!

We are seeking volunteers to be floaters, and help with concessions, so that they can walk around and see if vendors need anything!

VENDOR LOCATIONS:

There will be vendors in the Cafeteria, Gym, Hall in between, and outside of the Gym.  Spaces will be marked and if you requested and paid for a table, it will be in your vendor space.  Each vendor is responsible for the table cover, displays, etc.  We will have maps printed for you on Friday.

Please keep your area neat and free of any debris at all times.

RAFFLE TICKETS:

Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the day and the drawings will take place at 2:00 pm. Each raffle item will have a pail for tickets to be placed in. Please encourage your customers to purchase raffle tickets.

BREAKDOWN AND CLEAN-UP:

All Vendor spaces will need to remain until 3pm (unless you have already emailed us that you cannot stay for the updated time).You are responsible for the breakdown and clean-up of your area.  Please throw any and all trash away in the designated areas.  If you rented a table, we ask that you leave that in your space and we  will have a volunteer to come and break that down for you.

We will start shuttling people to retrieve their cars at 2:30.

LAST MINUTE THOUGHTS:

Remember to go to the bank and have plenty of money on hand to make change for your customers.  You are responsible for change, wrapping , etc. for your customers.

We do not have a wi-fi passcode to share.  If you use square, etc. please be prepared to use your own data plan.
